What drone services does Prodrone Worx offer?

We cover commercial and industrial drone work across Western Australia: aerial photography and video, roof and structural inspections, infrastructure and asset inspection, construction progress documentation, mapping and photogrammetry, orthomosaics and 3D models, stockpile volume measurement, indoor and confined-space inspection, and 360 degree aerial panoramas.

Which parts of Western Australia do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Rockingham and work right across Perth and the wider metropolitan area, including Rockingham, Mandurah, Fremantle, Joondalup and everything in between.
Regional and remote work is a large part of what we do. We regularly fly across the Pilbara, the Wheatbelt, the South West and the Goldfields, covering mine sites, farms, powerline and telecommunications infrastructure and remote townships.
Travel and accommodation for regional jobs are quoted separately and itemised, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. If you can be flexible on dates we will often pair your job with other work in the same region, and the travel cost drops accordingly.

Can you fly indoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Indoor work inside sheds, processing plants and covered stockpiles is flown without GPS, so it takes a different setup and a slower, more careful approach than an open-air job.
Tell us the dimensions of the space, how we will get access and whether the area can be cleared while we fly, and we will tell you what is achievable before you commit to anything.

Question 4

How accurate is your survey and stockpile data?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how the job is flown. Standard photogrammetry gives you relative accuracy that is fine for progress tracking and visual comparison between flights.
For volumes and measurements you need to rely on, we fly with ground control points, which tightens the result considerably. If your figures feed into billing, reconciliation or a contract, tell us up front and we will fly it to that standard and tell you what accuracy to expect for your particular site.
