At Prodrone Worx, every print is professionally framed and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Change of Mind

As each framed print is custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Please choose your print, frame size, and finish carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your framed print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at allan@prodroneworxau.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage/fault.

Once assessed and approved, we will organise a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund.
Returns Process

Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please ensure the item is packaged securely for return shipping.

Once received and inspected, we will issue your replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items will be covered by Prodrone Worx.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs where items are returned without approval.
Colour & Display Disclaimer
Please note that colours may vary slightly between what is displayed on your device and the final printed product. This is not considered a fault.
