Over a span of 32 consecutive weeks, Prodrone Worx conducted weekly site visits to gather crucial data. They used structured aerial surveys and took progress photos that were essential for engineering verification and effective communication with stakeholders.   1. Orthomosaic Imagery: A high-resolution, georeferenced aerial map offered a precise visual reference, ensuring all stakeholders had clear insights into the project status.

Technical Details


The Newdegate Project involved impressive technical logistics. Over 32 weeks, the project covered a distance of approximately 26,880 km and included around 190 drone flights. This means, on average, more than 5 flights occurred each day, showing a strong commitment to keeping documentation thorough and up-to-date.


The project successfully navigated weather challenges, with only three incidents of severe weather disrupting scheduling. This resilience speaks to the planning and flexibility of the entire team, ensuring the project stayed on track.
